Suzanne Seiter, Senior Consultant – Suzanne Seiter has more than 20 years of experience in creating integrated development and marketing programs for new organizations and for established organizations moving in new directions. She has developed and led capital campaigns, annual giving and membership programs, major gift fundraising, and foundation and corporate initiatives.

Since joining Schultz & Williams in 2006, Sue has served clients around the country. Recent client work includes serving as interim director of philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy’s Florida Chapter and providing grant research and writing and marketing services for the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Dallas). Other S&W clients Sue has completed projects for are: Girls Inc. (Sarasota), SCOPE (a Sarasota County community organization), the Friends of Moccasin Bend National Park (Chattanooga), Meals on Wheels Plus (Bradenton, FL), Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Southern Good Faith Fund (Little Rock).

As the Mellon Financial VP for Development at the new National Constitution Center, Sue led the effort to raise $36 million in four years, completing the $185 million building and endowment campaign and inaugurating its first annual support programs. She also served as VP for Communications and Marketing at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, where she was part of the team that raised $39 million to renovate 45 branch libraries and led efforts to raise $5 million annually. Earlier positions include Director of Development at Crozer Chester Medical Center and Director of University Relations at the then-new Penn State Great Valley Campus.

Sue is a frequent volunteer presenter for Sarasota and Manatee community foundations and for WEDU, Tampa’s PBS station. A graduate of The George Washington University, Sue has been a Certified Fundraising Executive since 1994. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Southwest Florida. Sue was featured on the cover and in the lead story of Fundraising Success Magazine in 2004.
