Pamela A. Costanzi, Senior Account Manager – Pam Costanzi brings more than 22 years of direct marketing experience to Schultz & Williams. She is recognized for her account management, attention to detail and strategic vision for both local and national clients. She has worked to improve the response and profitability of direct mail programs for a wide variety of clients, such as Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, Natural Lands Trust and the Kimmel Center.

Pam returns to Schultz & Williams after a six-year absence during which time she managed her own consulting firm, Melrose Marketing Associates. In her capacity with Schultz & Williams, Pam works with dozens of zoos and museums throughout the United States, as well as many of Philadelphia’s most highly regarded nonprofit organizations and St. Vincent Meals on Wheels in Los Angeles—the largest meals on wheels program in the United States. Pam has extensive experience in project planning, program analysis, copywriting, creative direction and results analysis. She is a registered list manager and broker.

Pam is currently on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity, Philadelphia. She is also an active volunteer with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Pam holds a liberal arts degree from The George Washington University.
