Loretta Depka, Senior Consultant – Loretta Depka has served as a Senior Associate for Schultz & Williams since 1998, working with clients on start-up fundraising programs, interim staffing, capital campaign planning and implementation, major gift program planning and implementation, membership, development audits and feasibility studies. Her clients have included Cathedral Kitchen, National Museum of American Jewish History, Battleship New Jersey, The Cooper Health System, Temple University (College of Engineering, School of Science and Technology, Temple Children’s Hospital and Tyler School of Art), UrbanPromise Ministries and Central Bucks Family YMCA.

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Loretta successfully created, designed and managed all the fundraising activities for Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia and The Cooper Health System. During her tenure at Presbyterian as the Vice President for Development, Loretta’s constituency-targeted approach to development led to the creation of the Medical Center’s successful 21st Century Major Gifts Campaign, a resurgence in planned giving, various special events and the funding of many innovative grant projects. While at Presbyterian, Loretta also served as a volunteer for Contact Community Services in numerous roles, including Board president, chairman of strategic planning, chairman of community relations, chairman of the search committee for a new executive director and trained crisis hotline counselor.

Loretta contributed two chapters to the Aspen publication, Using Hospital Space Profitably. Her professional memberships have included the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the American Hospital Association and other organizations for the nonprofit sector.
