2005 – Schultz & Williams, Inc., a full-service development, marketing, and management consulting firm dedicated to servicing the needs of nonprofit organizations, announced the addition of two people to its direct marketing and membership staff. Dell L. Fascione has been named Direct Response Manager. Fascione brings 23 years of nonprofit marketing and membership experience to Schultz & Williams, having held management and senior-level positions at some of Philadelphia’s top cultural institutions. Just prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Fascione was Vice President for membership, marketing and sales at the Philadelphia Zoo. Before her work at the Zoo, Fascione led strategic marketing and consulting services at the New Jersey State Aquarium (now Adventure Aquarium) and directed the sales department at The Franklin Institute.

Also joining Schultz & Williams as Account Coordinator is Tiffany Hamilton. Hamilton brings to Schultz & Williams a strong background in print production, online marketing and project management, as well as extensive computer skills and knowledge of Web design. Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Hamilton served as Publications Coordinator for the American Philosophical Association, University of Delaware.
